Returns and Right of Withdrawal

MOJO products are food products; for your health and the freshness of the coffee our return policy is as follows:

• Unopened products: You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery by emailing store@eventsacrossturkey.com.tr with your order number. Once the product is returned unopened, we refund the amount within 14 days using your payment method (to the IBAN you provide for bank transfers).
• Opened products: Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, opened food products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
• Damaged or incorrect delivery: If the package arrives damaged, ask the courier for a damage report and send us a photo; we will reship free of charge.
• Gift concert ticket: If you withdraw, the gift ticket included with the campaign is cancelled as well.
