Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), CNG MÜZİK ORGANİZASYON SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the “Company”), as data controller, processes your personal data as described below.

Data processed

Name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, ID / tax number (for invoicing), order and payment notice details, IP address.

Purposes and legal grounds

Taking your order, tracking payment, delivery, invoicing, sending gift tickets and customer service (performance of contract); tax and commercial law obligations (legal obligation); fraud prevention (legitimate interest).

Transfers

Your data may be shared, only for these purposes, with couriers, banks, our accounting and hosting providers and competent public authorities.

Retention

Order records are kept for the periods required by law (10 years under tax law).
