4. Payment and delivery

Payment is made by bank transfer or upon delivery, as chosen by the buyer. Orders are delivered to the address provided within 30 days at the latest (normally shipped within 1-3 business days) after the transfer reaches the seller’s account or, for cash on delivery, after the order is confirmed.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. In accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose packaging, tape, seal or package has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, or to perishable goods. Withdrawal notices for unopened goods can be sent to store@eventsacrossturkey.com.tr.

6. Gift concert ticket

The gift concert ticket included in the campaign is sent to the buyer’s email address once payment is confirmed. The campaign is limited in time and capacity; the gift ticket cannot be exchanged for cash. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the gift ticket is deemed returned as well.

7. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to store@eventsacrossturkey.com.tr. The buyer may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
