Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

Article 2 — Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the goods ordered by the buyer on www.eventsacrossturkey.net with order number (filled in when the order is placed).

Article 4 — General

The buyer confirms having read the preliminary information on the goods, price, payment and delivery. For bank transfers the order becomes final once the amount reaches the seller’s account; for cash on delivery once the seller confirms it. The seller may cancel orders that are not paid within the stated period.

Article 5 — Delivery

Goods are delivered by courier to the address provided, within the legal limit of 30 days. The buyer should check the package on delivery and report any damage to the courier.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery by notifying store@eventsacrossturkey.com.tr in writing; the seller refunds the amount within 14 days. Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal does not apply to opened food products that are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, or to perishable goods.

Article 7 — Gift concert ticket

The gift concert ticket included with campaign products is not part of the sale price; it is sent by email after payment is confirmed and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the concert is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, a ticket for an equivalent event is offered.

Article 8 — Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer’s place of residence are competent within the limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

Article 9 — Effect

By placing the order the buyer accepts all terms of this agreement, concluded electronically on 23.10.2026.
